[mythtv] [PATCH] Channeleditor, delete/add channels fixes

This patch fixes two problems I've been having
1) Unable to add channels 
2) Unable to delete them. (caused by bad SQL syntax)

Could someone please make sure I've got the SQL correct, it's not really
my forte.
