[mythtv] TV Format

I think there is a problem with the TV Format.
When I want to change the channel from a SECAM to a PAL source, the TV 
Format does'nt change.
I only have the sound.

I use the lastest cvs 0.14 from this morning.
Another thing, where can I give the TV Format when I introduce a new 
channel with the new channel setup on mythbackend ?? (without change it 
directly on mysql)
