[mythtv] Text change in mythfrontend setup for commercial detection

Hi - I just updated to the newest cvs and am submitting a text change. 
In mythfrontend setup, on the Commercial Detection setup screen, the
"Commercial Skip Method" help text refers to "must have automatic
commercial turned on".  This patch (cosmetic and ridiculously trivial, I
know) changes the text to the more descriptive, "You must have
'Automatically Flag Commercials' turned on" instead...
