[mythtv] [MythLCD] Updated Noritake VFD driver

Just in case anybody is interested: I've just updated the Noritake VFD 
driver I wrote to work with the lcdproc 0.4.4 version supported by 
MythTV. It now actually displays useful information :-)

The driver is still not a 100% functional but seems to work okay with 
all the information MythTV tries to display.

Let me know if you have any issues with the driver that need fixing.
