[mythtv] [Patch] Explicit play button for TV

This patch adds an explicit "play" keybinding.   If paused it  will 
unpause, and if doing ff/rew it will kick you into play mode. While it's 
possible to do this using existing keys (i.e. hit select/menu) none of 
them really belong mapped to a play button on a remote control.

No existing behavior is changed, folks who don't want to use the play 
key don't have to, those that do can.
