[mythtv] Bug in MythWeb CVS with IE 6

Looks like something is broken in the latest rev of MythWeb in CVS.  In IE 6, you get an error -- line 216, error "style" is null or not an object.  If you go into the script debugger, you find that you are in function timed_hide() in init.js (Default Theme).  The "last_shown" variable is null, so field and field.style are then also null.

Looks like this file changed between .14 and the current CVS version.

Can't help saying how fantastic this whole thing is, and I love being able to schedule new programs remotely!  Keep up the good work!
