I noticed something similar (from private message with Chris Petersen),

Just played around a bit in there, and I could not get it to segfault. 
Although, my only recorder is busy right now, and that might be the case. One 
thing I saw though, was that when scheduling a recording that started before 
my current recording started, and ends before my current ends, the status on 
that recording won't change, even though I reenter the guide. When editing 
this show, it shows the correct status tho..

Dunno if this is of any relevance tho, since it's still recording (long 
movie)..
