[mythtv] pre/post-roll and mythweb

Could someone please verify this?  If this is the case, I will replace
"0" with "Default" in mythweb so it's less confusing for users.

Oh, you lucky people with multiple tuners.  Granted, I don't really
watch or record enough stuff to need one.
