[mythtv] [PATCH] Cycle between different recorders(cards) in LiveTV

Thanks, this is a cool start.

What would be REALLY cool is if it would auto-switch to a new recorder
(or even input device) if the user enters a specific channel and it's
not available on the current input but IS on another input. For
example, channels 2-97 are available on cards 0, 1, 2, and 3 on the
Tuner0 input, and channels 100-152 are available on card 3,
Composite0. If I'm watching livetv and watching channel 5 (doesn't
matter which card) and then enter 150, I'd love it to auto-switch to
card3, Composite0 automatically instead of ignoring my input (assuming
card3 is ununsed). Then if I switch back to channel 5, I'd love it to
auto-switch from Composite0 to Tuner0.

A side effect of this is PiP between one channel in the 100-150 range
and another channel in the 2-97 range. If you swap PiP channels you
then need to swap input devices too.

So, this patch is DEFINITELY on the right track! Thanks!
