[mythtv] [PATCH] Dutch translations mythfrontend and mythgallery

Looks like the menuitems in Mythgallery are't in the i18n yet? Would
this be difficult?

Also I'm resending my patch about a (kindoff) translation I've done for
the categories in the Mythweb programs.php to get colorfull
programlisting with dutch categories from tv_grab_be. I would be nice to
have a translation framework for the web interface.
