[mythtv] HDTV no longer smooth

I suspect it's the ffmpeg resync, though there are other changes in
that checkin (note to maintainer: logically separate out checkins to
make locating problems easier): when I resync libavcodec *only* back
to 24 Dec, the existing recordings that are giving me problems no
longer have that effect when I play them back.  This is therefore
strictly a playback issue: all the information is obviously there to
give me smooth playback, but for some reason the code post-24 Dec
isn't able to use it properly.

A random data point is that the local CBS affiliate exhibits the
problem (they are 1080i) while the local FOX affiliate does not (they
are 720p).  Not sure what this means.  I am keeping these recordings
around for a while if anyone wants a look.  For now I'm just going to
stick with 24 Dec libavcodec.
