[mythtv] Can't get CVS build to work anymore with PVR350

Perhaps, I should rephrase my question :-)

Is there now a version requirement for ivtv?  Is 0.1.9 known to work
with the newest versions of myth?  If not, do I need to use Chris Kennedy's
versions?
