[mythtv] Re-occurance of bug in MythWeb..

Hi, 

When there are no programs in 'recorded programs', mythweb emails me the following problem:

Warning at /var/www/html/sites/mythweb.ripnet.co.uk/themes/Default/recorded_programs.php, line 69:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

This used to happen, but was fixed for a bit, but as of the current CVS it is broken again...
