[mythtv] OSD flashes when changing channels

when i change channels (both up and down one channel) the OSD briefly displays 
the current channel and then displays the new channel information. seeing as 
how you have committed yourself to changing he channel (by pressing the 
button) does it make sense to *not* display the current channel's details on 
the OSD? the effect is particularly noticable on an Epia M-9000 (which is not 
so hot when it comes to displaying the OSD - using Unichrome)

not sure how to make the change, but i thought i'd ask the list before i went 
looking at he code [and hopefully submitted a patch] :-)
