[mythtv] Relative PREFIX value for myth

The compiled-in PREFIX value for mythtv is currently assumed to be an 
absolute path.  If it's relative, it's evaluated relative to the 
current working directory.

The following patch evaluates a relative PREFIX variable starting from 
the executable's directory (when it's possible to determine it), 
instead of the working directory.  This is necessary for OS X 
application packaging, and I hope that other packagers will find uses 
for it -- I think a Myth frontend could run from a CD with a properly 
chosen PREFIX value.
