I know MySQL 4.1 uses a more secure 45 byte hash for passwords so it breaks everything I've tried. You can disable this behavior by passing the --old-passwords option to the server and it will work with all current software until everybody updates their libraries. -- Eric Hokanson www.allthingsgeek.com
