[mythtv] [PATCH] SQL prepare/bindValue changes for mythmusic

Hi,

now I've prepared the corresponding prepare/bindValue patch for 
mythmusic. It's available at:

I'll calm down now with the prepare/bindValue patches until I see some 
more reactions, so please review and comment or commit.
