[mythtv] [PATCH] compile failure for mythjobqueue

The mythjobqueue.pro file doesn't include the directories to find 
libmythavformat or libmythavcodec, which are indirectly referenced by 
libmythtv.  On OS X, the lack of these libraries prevent mythjobqueue 
from building.  The attached patch allows it to compile.
