[mythtv] OSD resize

I have it sitting on my tree for quite a long time, but for the moment I have
some timing problems when the osd is shown. I don't know if it is due to this
patch, the latest vsync code or the directfb hardware deinterlacing that I'm
also testing...
However, feel free to experiment and even submit my patch...

PS do a patch -p1 < osd_resize.patch in your mythtv dir
