[mythtv] Problem compilng mythtv on Xbox Xebian 1.0.3

I get the same exactly on standard Debian stable (gcc 2.95.4); and its the
first time I've checked out CVS so no hangovers in there; the code just does
not want to compile even though I can't see anything wrong with it.
