[mythtv] [PATCH] keep mythbackend from exiting if avformat error

I was getting an "avformat error: -1" right after the backend started 
commercial flagging caused by a bad recording.  This patch replaces the 
exit(1) in libmythtv/avformatdecoder with returns so a bad file won't 
cause mythbackend to exit.
