I _really_ don't like the implementation of this.  It's extremely 
overcomplicated for such a simple format.

And, honestly, I don't really see the point of this, either.  FLAC is 
lossless, you can convert it to whatever you want after you rip it.  You 
don't lose metadata like you are with your WavEncoder.
