[mythtv] PAL/NTSC/TV/SVideo - still messed up

Guess I'm stuck with it for now...  hopefully someone will see something 
in the future and the problem will go away.  (or more likely, I'll get a 
new tuner card ;)

It's not so bad now that I know I can just go into watch tv and hit C 
(looks like that fixes my weird green-tint issue, too)
