[mythtv] [PATCH] Add transcode to OSD menu

Is there a way to add transcoding to the 'Watch recordings' menu. Unless I
missed something it is a pain to start watching each show just to transcode
it. I have the auto transcode turned off because I only need to do it for a
handful of shows.

This patch adds a "Begin transcoding" item to the OSD menu that appears when
watching a recording.  Currently the only way to begin is to hit "X" which I
do not have mapped to a key on my remote so this makes it easier to find.
