[mythtv] [PATCH] Add transcode to OSD menu

This may have been premature.  I added it and it displays on the OSD but
selecting it doesn't appear to do anything.  I registered it to the same
REG_KEY as the "X" key.  Anyone know off-hand what more has to happen to get
an OSD item to execute?
