[mythtv] Mouse support again

Hi,

I've always my problem to include the patch of M. Magnusson in MythTV. This 
patch is made for old MythTV versions. Before, there were only one class 
ThemedMenu, but now there is two (ThemedMenu and ThemedMenuPrivate). The 
patch call function of the two class.

How can I solve the problem to integrate this patch to have the mouse ?
