[mythtv] large file when recording and watching

...for resolution purposes.  when I switched to MPEG-4 as the codec, the 
problem went away.  So it had something to do with the RTJPEG codec, 
which I find odd.  Oh well, its working now, and I was able to get a 
decent picture that was similar to RTJPEG by adding the interlace 
filters and setting the bitrate up to 3300.

...glad to have some free space back.  :-)
