[mythtv] [PATCH] Watch Recording keychanges

This patch changes the keybindings in Watch Recordings to what I believe are
more intuitive choices

TOGGLERECORD is now mapped to show the two choices of recording group
chooser and change group password
MENU now shows the full list of actions to be taken on the selected item.
INFO is now unmapped

Where exactly are these Recording Groups configured?  Is this a MythWeb
thing because I can't find it anywhere in the main program.  

Anyways, I think the next step is to drop the group password change from
this screen since it really belongs in the setup for the recording groups
(which should be added to TV setup if it truly is a MythWeb only thing) and
then also change the TOGGLERECORD function to cycle through the recording
groups instead of bringing up the pop-up it currently does.  This puts the
function in line with a similar function in the EPG that toggles through
recording types but I need a little more time to work on that.
