[mythtv] [PATCH] Select changes channel (unless you're slecting something in the future)

How strange.  I was just commenting on this to you in the other thread.
Rather than 15 minutes, why not just make it tune the channel for anything
currently on TV and record for anything not currently on TV.  

If you want, for the 15 minute interval maybe pop up a menu that gives the
choices of tune or record.
