[mythtv] [PATCH] (mythgame) Hiscore fix for xmame

This patch fixes the configuration of hiscores in
Xmame.  It adds a new option to mamesettings for the
hiscore.dat file and updates the existing help text
for the hiscore directory.  The command line options
for pre v62 are taken from the x.mame.net
documentation and the post v62 options are from 
'xmame --showconfig'. 

Tested and working with xmame version 0.65.1.

My first patch so please let me know if there's any
problems (p.s. thanx to all u devs out there - MythTv
is an awesome piece of software!)
