15.4 Compiling MythMusic. 

Once all the prerequisites have been installed, you can proceed with getting 
MythMusic going. Make sure that you run ./configure first. If you wish to use 
the new visualizations, make sure you install the prerequisites. 
Run ./configure --help for help.
