[mythtv] dvb_channel or channel_dvb

Hi

I've checked out latest CVS and applied Kenneth's dvb-alpha-0.5 patch and 
code. When I start up the backend, I get the error message that table 
dvb_channel doesn't exist.

There is, however, a table called channel_dvb which has been created, however 
the columns arent the same.

Should I create this table myself? If so, does anybody have the schema or SQL 
command to do so?
