[mythtv] Stretching to 16:9 ?

Yeah, there's the tvtime project for Linux that does some similar things,
though I don't know if it does automatic stuff like that.

I've actually been interested in using the DScaler/tvtime deinterlacing
routines in MythTV, but I haven't had the time or know-how to do it.  In
addition, the DScaler libraries don't compile on Linux yet -- the tvtime
people just use some funky DLL loaders, apparently.
