[mythtv] [PATCH] Live TV interface tweaks

Hi,

I put together a patch with a few Live TV interface improvements.  It can be 
downloaded from http://68.6.110.146:8080/mythpatches/mythtv-patch

It includes 3 main changes:

1) When entering a channel number the channel is immediately changed when 
the currently entered digits create a valid channel number that could not be 
extended into another valid channel number by entering additional digits.  
If you enter a digit that results in the current set of channel digits not 
being valid and not being extendable into a valid channel number, the digits 
are cleared and the process starts over from the new digit.
2) Channel numbers can now be entered while in browse mode.  The same code 
described above governs channel number entering while in browse mode.  
Instead of changing the channel being watched this changes the channel being 
browsed.
3) The O key now exits from browse mode and doesn't change the channel being 
watched.

I also think it would be cool if there was an option to allow channel 
numbers to be entered in the program guide.  My remote has dedicated pgup 
and pgdn buttons and I'd much rather be able to jump to specific channels 
than jump one page at a time anyway.  I haven't had a chance to look into 
that yet though.
