[mythtv] [patch] EPG non alpha color update

Changed the EPG colors for non alpha settings to match the blue osd. 
With the new colors, the EPG setting 'Embossed - Solid' is a very 
usable alternative to the alpha version and is quite a bit less CPU
intensive.
