[mythtv] [PATCH] Mythweb support profile groups

This patch allows for correctly selecting the profiles in mythweb now
that profile groups have been changed.

It also includes a one-liner that allows displaying recorded shows when a
row in the db contains no category information. (it was crashing each
time I tried to show my stored programs)
