By the way, you can start the transcode by hand by doing:
'nice -n 19 mythtranscode -c 7026 -s 2003-09-17-17-23-00 -p autodetect
-d'

When it's done, it'll automatically get updated by mythbackend. 
Alternatively, stopping and restarting mythbackend should have the same
effect.
