I suppose it's Estimated Medium Time ? It's the estimated time left to
finish encoding.

Use key 0 to process the selected title. You're on a dialog with dvd
titles, you have a checkbox to activate current title to rip and use 0
to rip it.
If you select more than one title, you'll have it on plural
