[mythtv] [PATCH] mythvideo - use imdb thumbnails instead of posters in list view

This patch will make the mythvideo List View display the small 
pictures of the *video cover* available from imdb.com instead of the 
movie *posters* it was currently using.

For example, when in list view, the movie "Fight Club" will now 
display the image from the main imdb page here:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0137523

rather than one of the posters from

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0137523/posters

Browse mode will still display the normal poster.

In addition to the backend patch, there is also a ui patch that will 
change the layout of the mythvideo window to make the list at the top 
larger and the cover image at the bottom smaller.
