[mythtv] [patch] mythmusic and i18n

Another patch, now for mythmusic. Again, it adds full i18n/l10n support
and full Portuguese translations.

I've added a ::description public method to return tr(name) to avoid
conflicts with db strings and "visualization lists". There's an "hack"
in mainvisual.cpp where I call tr(current_visual_name) and should call
the right visual::description, but I still don't know enough C++ to know
how to call the right object's description method in that place. It
works as long as the string defined in ::name is the same as in
::description. ;)
