The instructions are now spread across release posts,
and are somewhat unclear also, sorry for that..

Can't say that anything has changed, exept some modifications that
was required for the xvmc and other low buffer modes.
As far as I know, this should not have affected the normal sync code.

I was thinking it was to much for normal output, so I removed it.
Maybe we could add a verbose mode for this kind of extra debugging info?

How is the mythchannels project comming along?

In another context, would adding DVB cardtype to setup and a section in
the HOWTO on how to set each parameter be sufficent for DVB setup?

My preference would be to have a setup screen where you choose the
cardtype, then in the next screen, get all the options specific to
that cardtype (Although this is a bit more work).
