[mythtv] RE:DVB Audio Sync Issues

Continuing my quest into finding the DVB-T problems... I have now
managed to used dvbstream and the watching of TV is fine on all channels
- with no errors. The audio is initially out of sync when piped to
mplayer but I fixed that with the -autosync option.
 
I've traced where the "ac-tex damaged at 10 17" errors are from by
grepping the myth source and it seems to be in: 

./libs/libavcodec/mpeg12.c:
 
I have haven't looked much further than that,
