I'll accept this if the mythmusic/mythvideo people accept the sql
changes.

PS.  To the rest of you who have submitted patches - I haven't forgotten
about you.  Just overly busy, and have had an unusually high number of
computer problems lately (mostly my own fault - need to learn not to
install OS betas).
