[mythtv] mythweb patch

Hi folks,

This is my first attempt at sending a patch in, so bear with me if I've
got it wrong ;-0

Small patch to mythweb to allow a "backedup" flag for those who wish to
keep track of whether they've got their media files backed up somewhere
or not. Just click the "no" (or "yes" for that matter) to change the
status in the database.

Also sql file to add the neccessary column in music and video metatdata
tables.
