[mythtv] Nuppelvideo format question

If you can, you migt what to test the nuv directshow code that’s in cvs. I
have fixed a few bugs that coud be the cause of not being able to play the
nuv files on windows. Asuming that it's nupplevideo nuv files and not mpeg2
nuv files.

Or you can wait until next version.
