[mythtv] DVB table create for dvb_sat in current CVS

Mysql isn't happy with the syntax of the dvb_sat create in dbcheck.   It 
seems to think lnbid and cardnum need to be "not null" if included in a 
primary key.

Also, are there any hints on how to populate the database? A sample, 
populated database would be enough.

It's great to see the dvb code finally in cvs.
