[mythtv] LIRC and Myth and MPlayer

Hi all,

First, this is a great project and nice to play with so thanks to everybody involved.  I've been playing with it for a while now and have only a couple of issues that I can't seem to iron out...

The main issue is regarding the DVD plug in and LIRC.  I'm using a Hauppauge PVR-250 in Canada, with irxevent handling the signalling.  It works fine in mythfrontend, but doesn't work at all when I watch DVDs through mplayer, launched from the mythDVD plug-in.  
	Question: Is anybody else having this problem?
	Question: Does anyone have a .lircrc that works for all the components natively - i.e. not through irxevent?

The other little issue is with the replay and skip buttons on the remote control.  I've go them mapped so that they work fine with MythTV - skipping forward and replay moving backward - but for the music plug-in it is reversed?  How do I go about changing this?
