[mythtv] Updated visor/visorosd theme

The original author and artist responsible for the
visor theme is super busy right now, and doesn't have
time to keep it updated, so he's letting me maintain
it for him. 

I've taken a crack at updating both the visor and the
visorosd themes.  They're bundled together in this
tgz:
(unless bandwidth becomes an issue...)

To install:
# cd to the .../mythtv/themes/ directory on your
system (/usr/local/share/mythtv/themes/ for me)
# tar -xzf /path.to/visor-0.12-1.tgz

For this theme to look good, you must have "Use
Transparent Boxes" turned on in mythfrontend settings
at Appearance: QT.  Also, you have to choose visor as
your theme in the Appearance settings, and/or visorosd
as your OSD theme in the Playback: On-screen display
settings.

Please email me with any bugs/localization/patches to
this theme so I can keep it sparkly fresh.  Also, if
you're a better artist than me and want to send me new
images for watermark_dvd.png, watermark_news.png, and
watermark_tivo.png, feel free.
