[mythtv] Call for Submission: replace existing "21.1 I'd like to watch the files without using MythTV / I'd like to convert the files to some other format."

I hope other will complete the docs for mkmovie and nuvexport because 
I'm thoroughly confused as to which of them does exactly what. That's 
the reason that right now I'm doing all my conversion on Windows because 
with Dr. Divx at least I understand what I'm doing ;-)
