[mythtv] Call for Submission: replace existing "21.1 I'd like to watch the files without using MythTV / I'd like to convert the files to some other format."

This particular section 
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO.html#toc21.1 is stale, since I 
don't believe that the patch works anymore.  Anyone care to write a 
replacement now that there's mkmovie, nuvexport and transcoding?

If I don't get anything within a week I'll just whack the section.
